General Policy
Due to the exclusive and personal nature of luxury fragrances:
Products once opened or used cannot be returned or resold.
Therefore, returns are not accepted after delivery unless the item is damaged in transit.
Our fragrances contain active natural extracts and essential oils. Any damage caused by improper storage, mishandling, or incorrect application is not covered under this policy.
We do not take responsibility for individual sensitivities or allergic reactions. Customers are advised to perform a patch test before full application.
Refund Policy
Galaxy Essence is not responsible for damages occurring after successful delivery.
To Raise a Refund Claim (For Transit Damage Only):

must include:
An unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
Images of the product and original packaging
Without an unboxing video, claims cannot be processed.

Important Conditions:
If a package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, please refuse acceptance from the courier partner.
For orders marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 working days of approval.
COD refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account within 4–7 working days after verification.
Transaction confirmation and reference details will be shared once processed.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only in rare cases of verified transit damage.
After reviewing submitted documentation (as per refund policy), we may offer:

A 2.5% payment gateway charge will be deducted for cancelled prepaid orders.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 15 working days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
If a prepaid order is returned after shipment, ₹75 will be deducted as logistics handling charges.
